These 78 beautiful high quality cards are new. These cards are approximately 2 3/8" X 4 7/16". This deck of playing cards for the French game of tarot comes with one sheet of instructions in French. I like this deck for the strong images and am very happy to be able to offer it for sale, I don't know much about the background of these cards, the deck is made up of the following: Four French suites, Hearts, Clubs, Diamonds and Spades with the numbers 1 through 10 and then Roi (king), Dame (queen), Cavalier (knight), Valet (jack) next we have there is a extra suit of twenty-one atouts (trumps) numbered from 21 (high) to 1 (low) the images on this section look like tarock images and last we have the card called the excuse, or the fool, marked with a star in the corner.
